{SHAM} Rockin' Part 2

This Saturday is St. Patrick's Day and, as you may recall from our previous shamrockin' post, we are getting our green gears in motion! We finally finished our artwork.  Don't get excited, I didn't do much of anything... I just stenciled the word LUCKY on top of Munchface's free-for-all piece.

I love how it turned out:

After my procedure Tuesday, I was out of it (*like* slept for 7 hours afterwards) and woke up to the sound of Hubbs and Munchface working hard on her class project, the leprechaun trap.  They did a great job! The gold nuggets are popcorn and, because leprechauns are tiny, Z will leave it open and pull the string to close the lid... O don't worry, in the pic below, you can see there's a little hole for leprechaun breathing, lol. Those two thought of everything!

On St. Patty's Day, we're going to a Dr. Seuss event for lunch, crafts and the chance to meet Cat In the Hat!  Beforehand, we'll visit Build-A-Bear to make one of these $10 beauties with our sister-cousin, Chazity!

Other crafts? I made a clover bow and we're going to be making Oreo treats for her class tonight... Be sure to come back! The post with BOTH of those tutorials will be live in the VERY near future :)

You don't have to be Irish to celebrate God's BLESSINGS (not life's luck).

Do you have plans to celebrate?

Happy Friday, Islanders. I wanted to share a thrifty find from a while back.  Ugh, I love my local Goodwill Outlet.  Oh, and yes, you saw ...
